Established in 2008 and run by two brothers, Hannes and Pieter Venter, Proximal Capital Management specialises in administrative and financial support – with payroll, human resource management, taxation and management accounting, as its main competencies.

Proximal, which means the closest point to the origin, encompasses what we envisage for our clients. Our team exists solely to provide support that allows our clients to get back to the activities of their core business – their original reason for being.

Contributing to the success of small and medium size enterprises is our primary focus. We understand that these businesses are predominantly owner managed. The owner often becomes overwhelmed by basic administrative and support activities. This means they are unable to be the visionaries and drivers of strategy and focus for the business.
